I LOST MY LOVE

I LOST MY LOVE is a ballet created for Ballet Idaho in 2023. The dance uses themes of loss and history as a way to recontextualise Giselle. Heartbreak, Stevie Knicks, dance history, and tears become the medium through which the performers traverse various planes of thought-- ultimately landing somewhere between the beauty of grief and the beauty of celebration.
